How are your flower arrangements measured?
The measurements in our website are measured across the width of the flowers, in centimetres, and they do not include the wrapping paper in our wrapped bouquets.

The arrangement size I want is not found in the options on the product page. What can I do?
For custom sizes and budgets that are not found in the options on our product pages, do reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 97720194, or simply by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right of the page.

I have received a bouquet of flowers from The Felicity Florals, what do I do next?

Will the flowers received be exactly the same as shown in the pictures?
Flowers received may differ slightly from pictures, as shapes and blooms vary, and all are subjected to availability, freshness and their seasons. In the event of unavailability of any shown flowers, we will substitute them with the closest colour and style of the same or higher value.

We strive to provide the freshest and highest quality blooms in all our arrangements to you. In the event that the flower stocks received by us from our suppliers aren’t of our quality standards, we will not use them, and will substitute them with other alternative ones of a similar styles, colors, or value.

Actual flowers wrapping and vases used may also vary due to enhancements, or types of occasions.


Do I need to have an account to make an order?
You may place your order through the guest account. However, having an account with us would make placing future orders more convenient as you wouldn't need to key in your details again.

You would also be the first to receive any sales and promotions through our email notifications.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply click on the item and add it to your cart. Once you are ready, just go ahead to check out.

How do I know if my order if confirmed?
Your order is only confirmed upon successful payment, and then, you would be able to see your order confirmation number.

An order confirmation email will be sent to to the email address that you have provided. As the email is automatically generated, please check your junk/spam folder too.

If you have left your phone mobile number, you will also received an SMS once the order is confirmed and well-received in our system.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended, as all our arrangements are made-to-order. All stocks and some fresh flowers will be purchased 1-2 days before, to give them adequate time to be conditioned and bloomed.

If you would like to make any amendments to your order, or change the delivery date, please notify at least 48 hours in advance before the original delivery date.

Can I attach a message to the bouquet?
Yes, a message can be attached with the flowers to the recipient. Just put your message in the box provided at the respective product pages.

What do I do if I need to place an order urgently?
Kindly give us a call or WhatsApp us at +65 97720194 and we would do our best to make it possible for you.


Where does The Felicity Florals deliver?
We deliver islandwide to most addresses in Singapore, with the exception of restricted areas listed in our delivery policy. To view our full delivery policy, please click here.

Do you call the recipients before sending the flowers over?
We do not call the recipients ahead of the specified delivery timing, so as to not spoil any surprises. As a sender, do ensure that there will be someone around to receive the flowers.

What if nobody is home to receive the flowers?
Should there be no one around to receive the flowers, the sender will be contacted to advise alternative course of action, and usually the flowers will be left at the door step, as per instructed by the sender. Please ensure you leave your contact details for us to contact you, should such instances occur.

If no one (recipient or sender) are contactable, the flowers will be left outside the unit. Our delivery team will snap a photo as proof of drop-off.

That being said, The Felicity Florals will not be responsible/liable for missing/lost flowers or items, or the condition of flowers, i.e. damages after leaving at doorstep/outside unit.

Scheduling a re-delivery to another location or for the next day might be possible, subjected to our drivers' availabilities, and additional prevailing charges (S$25.00).

Will I know if the flowers I ordered have been sent?
You will be notified via email or SMS after the flowers have been delivered successfully. To receive delivery updates via SMS, please ensure that you have input your mobile number at the checkout page.
