Delivery Policy
Sell-collection will be from our studio at the below address:

Please select the preferred time slots (Between 11am - 6pm) for your pick-up timing, and do inform us at least 24 hours in advance if there were to be any changes.
We provide deliveries islandwide within Mainland Singapore only.
Deliveries will be complimentary for all orders of $65 and above.
For orders below $60, a small fee of $15 will apply, and payment will have to be made before/upon confirmation.
Delivery/Transport charges may also apply to bulk orders/before or after operating hours/public holidays.
Please contact us via the WhatsApp button below separately for us to arrange for such deliveries.
The Felicity Florals reserves the right to reject orders, if deliveries to the Sentosa location are still being proceeded without our prior notice.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We are unable to provide deliveries into the following restricted areas:
- Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex, Airline Road area
- Tuas area
- Jurong Island
- Sembawang Shipyard
- All Army camps
- All PSA Ports
- All offshore locations of Singapore
DELIVERY TIMINGS
Delivery Timings for weekdays:
9am - 1pm, 1pm - 6pm, 6pm - 9pm
Delivery Timings for weekends, Public Holidays:
9am - 1pm, 1pm - 6pm
The above timings are for regular days, not including peak occasions, i.e. Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
For specific delivery time, please reach out to us directly and we will try our best to accommodate for you.
For delivery timings out of our given slots, i.e. before 9am or after 9pm, delivery fees may apply. Please check with us if you do have special timings that you would like to have the flowers delivered.
Kindly contact us should any special delivery arrangements needs to be made and discussed.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
We do not call the recipients ahead of the specified delivery timing, so as to not spoil any surprises. As a sender, do ensure that there will be someone around to receive the flowers.
Should there be no one around to receive the flowers, the sender may/may not be contacted to advise alternative course of action, and usually the flowers will be left at the door step. Please ensure you leave your contact details for us to contact you, should such instances occur.
If no one (recipient or sender) are contactable, the flowers will be left outside the unit. Our delivery team will snap a photo as proof of drop-off.
That being said, The Felicity Florals will not be responsible/liable for missing/lost flowers or items, or the condition of flowers, i.e. damages after leaving at doorstep/outside unit.
Scheduling a re-delivery to another location or for the next day might be possible, subjected to our drivers' availabilities, and additional prevailing charges (S$25.00 2-way).
The company reserves the rights to amend delivery policy herein without any or prior notice to customers.
